Jersey Recovery College are pleased to announce that their spring term courses are now available to book – free courses for and about your mental health and wellbeing. They are a mental health education charity, and our courses are self-referral and available to anyone who might benefit, aged 18+.
These are the courses available for January and February.
JRC provide free community courses on mental health, recovery, and wellbeing and would also like to thank the Jersey Library for providing a venue for many of their courses.
