HOW TO BUY A TICKET
The easiest way to purchase ticket(s) is using our online form using the ‘300 club application form’ button above. You will need to select whether you would like to pay the £24 via bank transfer, or by sending a cheque to the address below.
Alternatively, you can purchase ticket(s) by:
- Completing the ‘printable attached form‘ above, and returning it to us via email to: info@eyecan.je
- By post to: EYECAN, Westlea Centre, Rue du Huquet, St Martin, Jersey, JE3 6HU.
- Or by calling 864689
Please ensure you also advise your chosen payment method, when returning your paper form.

Tickets will be sent to you in due course, once your payment and application form has been received. Your ticket number will be generated and allocated randomly, unless you have selected otherwise.
If your ticket number is drawn as a winner, we will require your bank account details to process the winning monies.
Bank account details will be discarded after use and not be kept within EYECAN’s database.
