Following the success of our new 200 Club initiative in 2025, we are excited to be able to continue this fundraiser for 2026. Due to the demand for tickets in 2025 we have decided to increase the number of tickets to 300 and increase the amounts of the winning prizes.
Tickets cost £24 each and the preferred payment method is Bank Transfer (details below).
Ticket Application
The easiest way to purchase ticket(s) is using our online form, please click here. You will need to select whether you would like to pay via bank transfer, or by sending a cheque to the address below.
Alternatively, you can purchase ticket(s) by:
- Completing the attached form and returning it to us via email to: info@eyecan.je
- By post to: EYECAN, Westlea Centre, Rue du Huquet, St Martin, Jersey, JE3 6HU.
Please ensure you also advise your chosen payment method, when returning your paper form.

Tickets will be sent to you in due course, once your payment and application form has been received. Your ticket number will be generated and allocated randomly, unless you have selected otherwise.
If your ticket number is drawn as a winner, we will require your bank account details to process the winning monies.
Bank account details will be discarded after use and not be kept within EYECAN’s database.
