Whats coming up:
- You and EYE: Our next monthly drop-in sessions are on 5th December at Windward House, 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm, all welcome. Our 2026 sessions will start again on the 9th of January.
- Swimming and cycling: Members can enjoy swimming at Cheshire Homes 1st December, and cycling (subject to weather) at Les Quennevais on 12th December.
- Festive Art Market: Between the 9th- 21st of December we’ll have a stall at Capital House, where we’ll be selling beautiful Christmas decorations that have been handcrafted by EYECAN members in our art sessions. We’d love for you to pop by and support our talented artists.
- Our 300 Club: Tickets for our 300 club are now available, please email info@eyecan.je for more information.
- Social Club: The last social club of 2025 will be on the 18th of December, and will resume on the 8th of January.
November round up:
- EYECAN Christmas Craft: Our members have been having fun creating the Christmas decorations for our stall with Art House – next step: painting and decorating them!
- AGM: On the 19th we held our 139th AGM at our wonderful Weslea Centre. Attended by members, staff and volunteers, and led by our dedicated Committee of volunteers and CEO Mark Coxshall, it was an opportunity to reflect on everything the Charity has achieved and to look towards the future.
- Swimming and cycling: Sessions continue regularly and November saw new clients attend both activities.
- Social Club: Our Thursday club welcomed The Whisky Road Band, who came to entertain members with a live musical performance.
You and EYE dates for 2026:
Join us for refreshments and an opportunity to meet others living with sight loss.
We meet on the first Friday of the month (with the exception of January and April)
between 12.00-1.15 at Windward House, Route de la Liberation, St. Helier.
